1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Indexu platform and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Workspace Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and workspace credentials. Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Service Availability & SLAs

Indexu provides commercial availability targets in accordance with active subscription tiers. Enterprise plans include dedicated SLA support commitments.
