1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide the Indexu customer service platform, including account credentials, workspace configurations, customer contact records, and support conversation logs.

2. How We Use Data

Your workspace data is utilized solely to deliver customer service capabilities: Live Chat routing, pgvector semantic search retrieval, AI Agent automation, and helpdesk SLA calculation. We do NOT sell or use your data to train third-party public AI models.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Workspaces retain ownership of all customer data. You may export or request complete deletion of your workspace data at any time through the administration console.
